Cancellation & Refund Policy

This Cancellation & Refund Policy applies to all services and products purchased through www.tarotbyheenas.com and provided by Tarot by Heena.

1. Digital Consultation Services

Cancellation

Once a consultation session is booked and confirmed, cancellations are not permitted.

However, a one-time rescheduling may be considered if:

The request is made at least 24 hours before the scheduled session
The reschedule is subject to availability

Refunds

Payments made for consultation services are non-refundable once the booking is confirmed
Missed sessions or late cancellations are not eligible for refunds
Failure to attend a session at the scheduled time will be treated as a completed service

2. Physical Products

Returns

Returns are accepted only under the following conditions:

The product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect
The issue is reported within 48 hours of delivery
Supporting photos or videos are provided for verification

Products must be unused and in original packaging.

Refunds (Physical Products)

Approved refunds for physical products will be processed after inspection
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days
Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable

Non-Returnable Items

The following are not eligible for return or refund:

Used or altered products
Items damaged due to customer handling
Products purchased during special promotions or clearance sales (if applicable)

3. Order Cancellations (Physical Products)

Orders may be cancelled before dispatch only
Once an order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled

4. Payment Processing

All refunds, where applicable, will be processed through the original payment method used at checkout. Processing timelines may vary depending on the payment provider or bank.
